A Few of Our Favorite Discoveries & Success Stories
Dale was an elderly male who went missing in the California camp fires. Extremely worried, hIs foster daughter contacted our volunteer group for assistance. We were able to follow Dale through a few cities, and finally track him to a hotel several miles away from his home. We along with his foster daughter were incredibly happy to finally know Dale was safe, and happy.
Moritz was abandoned as a baby in Germany at the U.S. Army Barracks. Using genetic genealogy we were able to track down his maternal side, and are currently looking for his paternal side. Moritz has established a connection with his two siblings and was able to connect with his biological mother before her passing.
Nancy connected with Stephan from Germany through a plea in a news article to locate his missing father. Using genetic genealogy, Nancy was successful in locating Stephan’s father who is currently living in the U.S.. Stephan now has a new American family, including two siblings.
Nancy was contacted by Cynthia to locate her husband’s biological child. They had searched for years only to come up with empty results. Nancy was able to locate the biological son and give closure to not only the father looking, but also the biological mother who had lost hope. Today both biological son and family are connecting and elated to be apart of one another’s lives.
Jayn, from England ,had been looking for “Papa Ken” for over twenty years. Nancy stumbled upon her search and for three weeks, worked day and night to locate him. Ken was located in Canada. Jayn and Ken were able to meet the following year, and today Jayn has met her sibilings, and has been accepted into the family whole heartedlly.
While living in Germany, Dan was looking for his biological grandfather and had limited information on his family. Nancy was able to locate his grandfather’s family. Dan has connected with his U.S. family and currently visits all the way from Germany.
